Moving Infomation

Timber houses are the best to relocate. Stucco can move as well, However cracking or breaking of large areas of concrete is quite possible and often problematic. Brick houses require the entire brick cladding to be removed of which you will have to re-clad upon delivery.

A house of around 9 metres wide (Max) will typically move to most areas in one piece, much larger and it will require cutting in two or more pieces.

If a house has a high we may need to sut it down and reaasemble it later. If the roof is clad in iron we can reinstate it. If it is concrete tiles these are usually discarded and you have to reinstate with new tiles or iron.
